Portraits

Reflection: The biggest difference in photographing a group versus individuals is that, with one person, you only have to focus on their face and their position, with a group, you have to take more pictures in case one blinked or moved. This made finding the best pictures a little more difficult because, the ones that I thought were going to be great would have one person blinking or moving. Especially with my little siblings as "models". Being so young, they were also easier to photograph individually because they would get less distracted without the other. This has to be my favorite project so far. I am very happy with the outcome of the photos and would like to do more like these.

Shadows

Reflection This project was difficult timing wise because, at the time, it was mostly cloudy days. I tried to improve the pictures that i did take by darkening the shadows to make them seem more dramatic. It was also hard to try to not get my own shadow in the picture. I feel that if I was up higher or somehow could manage my shadow that it would've been a lot easier. I definitely know that some pictures are better than others and that this was not my greatest project so far.
