Hands

Reflection: This project was difficult for me because a lot of the photos came out looking very posed. I wanted them to look more natural. I had also taken some pictures of just my puppy and cropped it to his paws since those are his version of hands. I ended up getting some good pictures of my dog, but those are not useful for this project. I might be able to use them for another, if not, I will be able to enjoy them anyway.

Quiet Moments

Reflection: I learned that taking photos from different distances really gives a unique feel to the photo. If I had taken a photo of the leaf from the position that I was standing in, it would've been nothing special. But, since I got floor level with the object, it became closer and more detailed, making the picture better. I struggled with people being in the places I wanted to take pictures of when I found them, so I often times had to wait for them to clear. I enjoyed this project because I found that I became calm while taking these calming photos. It made me feel that I was really getting it done.

Thanksgiving Break

Reflection: Over break I mostly spent time with family, but this important time was what I cherished privately. I did not take pictures during Thanksgiving, nor when I went up to LA to spend it with my grandpa. That was probably one of my favorite days all break. I don't get to see him very often so it is always nice to be around him. He tells great stories and always keeps you listening. I kicked off the break with the very last football game of the season. It was kind of sad to be done since this is my senior year. But, I got to have fun with some of my cheer girls and we had  everyone hug a senior in our huddle after the game. People definitely got choked up. I will miss these games, but I am happy that I got to enjoy Friday night lights, and I am ready to move forward. Another thing that I did over break was walking around the mall and look for items that I could tell my family that I wanted for Christmas. I ended up going to Parkway Plaza and spent a...
