Best Photos

Image
Reflection: 1. My favorite project was portraits, I think they came out nicely and I enjoyed taking them. Since I focused on kids, it was a bit harder to keep them still, but it also made for more fun and real pictures. 2. My least favorite project would be shadows just because it was very difficult to try to make sure my own shadow was not included in the photo. I had to heavily adjust the darkness as well to make the shadow more apparent. 3. I have been using lightroom for editing, it is easy for me to navigate and I enjoy the outcome of the photos when I use it. 4. I would like to continue using lightroom. 5. More people/animal based photography such as portraits. As well as nature focused photos, I think my best photos come from nature.

Silhouette

Reflection: For silhouettes, it is very important to have good lighting on the opposite side of the person of focus. It makes it easiest when it is around sun down when the sun is horizontal to the person. It can be difficult to make it be completely dark and sometimes have to adjust the camera settings. It can also be difficult when the person moves, holding a pose, like for most photos, makes capturing the moment simple and the quality better. I do really enjoy these photos, they are pleasing to look at.
