Reflection:

For silhouettes, it is very important to have good lighting on the opposite side of the person of focus. It makes it easiest when it is around sun down when the sun is horizontal to the person. It can be difficult to make it be completely dark and sometimes have to adjust the camera settings. It can also be difficult when the person moves, holding a pose, like for most photos, makes capturing the moment simple and the quality better. I do really enjoy these photos, they are pleasing to look at.
